3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, and preference is given to the same method used for the deposit. 4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000 — before withdrawing this bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be used on all types of bets — the bonus may apply only to specific games or betting categories. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. A bonus is never considered cash or free funds under any circumstances.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, www mcw may offer various promotional deals. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these general terms. Using more than one bonus at the same time is not allowed unless the offer explicitly permits it.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The www mcw VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher level. Weekly cashback is a set percentage of the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback. www mcw determines the method for VIP level changes and cashback calculations, and reserves the right to amend these at any time.

6. Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games on www mcw are determined by the server and are considered final. If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Betting Limits

The platform reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or betting market. Limits may differ for different events or games. If a bet is placed before the displayed odds change, the result will be calculated based on the original odds.

6.3 Technical Issues

www mcw will not be held responsible if any game or betting activity is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device problem. If the connection is lost before a game or bet is completed, the result will be determined according to the system's records.

7. Prohibited Activities

Performing any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
• Using software or scripts to influence game results
• Creating multiple accounts or managing accounts on behalf of third parties
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Misconduct or threats towards other users or support staff
• Submitting chargeback claims using false identities or information
